The DTB One-Hand Trainer is a 243 painted all black and comes with a traditional knob.  It is available in 24"-30" (approx -5) and can be ordered as a flat-bat trainer in the same lengths.    Both are terrific tools to have in your tool box!  Click here if you are looking for the promoted by "Teacherman".  The flat-bat is designed for the balls to be hit on the edge of the bat only-NOT the flat side. 

SPECIFICATIONS: This bat comes with a medium flared 2" knob, a 2 1/2" barrel, and a 15/16" handle. Bats have cupped ends when necessary to create optimum balance & weight differential.
